Honey Blue

After day one of fermentation add one can of blueberries and let ferment for another 6 days. On day 8 move to secondary fermenter.

Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: tap water
Grain: 3 lb. 0 oz. American crystal 20L
Steep: Steep at 154 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove grain bag
Boil: minutes SG 1.040 6.5 gallons
3 lb. 3 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Rice extract
.5 lb. Honey
add 1 tablespoon of Irish Moss to the boil.
Hops: .5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast American II
