Log: Dry hopp using 1/2 oz of Hallertauer Mittelfruh in the secondary fermentor.
Tasting: After fermentation is complete I recommend chilling the beer to 34 for 24 hours then filtering it to avoid a chill haze. this recipe turns out great, and if you filter it, it will be as brillant and bright as any commercially available micro brew beer.
