Trapstar Tripel

Sorry for no gravities, I don't use
one mainly because I dont own a
Hydrometer but also because I think
that I should focus on learning to
brew before getting to the specifics

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
9 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 12 IBU
OG: 1.068 FG: -
Alcohol: -
Water: Half Tsp Gympsum in Sparge and boil for clarity.
Grain: 12 lb. Belgian Pilsner
1 lb. Belgian aromatic
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single infusion 153° for 60 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.053 7 gallons
8 oz. Belgian Candi
Irish moss at 45 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Saazs (3.9% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.9% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Saazs (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Trappist Ale Yeast.
Log: Brewed on 16th of July, racked to secondary on the 24th.
Carbonation: not sure yet.
Tasting: Tell ya at the end of august.
