Yeast: | I used a good quality ale yeast. | |||||||
Log: | Add 2 ozs of cherry extract to the wert before botterling, after fermenting. OR, you can transfer to secondary fermenter to add the cherry. allow to sit 3 to 5 days before botteling. Alternative note: you can add any fruit extract you perfer. | |||||||
Carbonation: | use 2.25 ozs for corn sugar to achieve proper carbination. |
