Pucker up Lemon Wheat
This is a great summer beer. Light and refreshing. I am not normally a "fruit beer" fan but this is my one exception.

Steep: | Add the grains to ~6 gallons of water and steep until the water reaches 160 degrees. | |||||||

Hops: | 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.) |

Yeast: | I used White labs ready to pitch yeast California V. | |||||||
Log: | One week in the primary fermenter at ~68 degrees. Two weeks in the secondary. And about two weeks in the bottle. I opened one at one week and it was good, just a bit flat. | |||||||
Tasting: | Very tasty. This is a fruit beer for all of you who don't like fruit beers. |
