Log: | hops were actually a glacier/cascade mix of fresh frozen hops from my garden. Preboil gravity 1.032 eff 84% ferment at 65° for 2 days, then slowly lower temp to 50°,transfer after a week, then lager at 40° 6 weeks w/ a diacytal rest at 3 weeks. SG 1.042 |
