A very easy, basic lager. Good for a first time try at a temp. controlled beer.

Tasting: | The beer was a big hit with friends. It tastes like a slightly darker & heavier Sam Adams Lager (others' reaction). The hops were apparent, but not too strong for non-hopheads. I may try adding more hops next time, but it is a very good base recipe, easy to tweak and add things to. |
