Mash with 1.25 qts per pound for an hour at 155°, pull 2 qt decoction and add to 1 qt boiling water. Once boiling, stir back into mash and let rest for 10 minutes. Continuous sparge with 170° water to reach 7 gallons in brewpot. | ||||||||
