300g Black
200g Flaked wheat
200g British crystal
Steep: Steep the grains 30 minutes at 68°/70° C.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.117 12 liters
4200g Light malt extract
Add 1 table spoon of Irish Moss during the last 15 minutes.
Add 2 table spoons of Gypsum before boiling.
Hops: 28g Northdown (6.8% AA, 75 min.)
14g Fuggle (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Irish Ale 1084
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Corn Sugar: 62.0g for 12 liters @ 20°C
Boil 80 gr of sugar in 0,2 lt of water and add 300 gr of lactosio. AT 20° C add to the beer and bottle.
