Grain: 8 oz. British crystal 70-80L
8 oz. British black patent
Steep: Add grains in grain bag when water reaches 120, remove when water reaches 180
Boil: 65 minutes SG 1.046 6 gallons
6 lb. Dark malt extract
4 oz. Corn sugar
1 lb. Lactose
Irish moss 1tsp added at 55 minutes, 16 oz lactose added at 50 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Irish ale
Carbonation: 4 oz priming sugar in 5 gallon keg
