Added 2 1/2 pinches of Irish Moss (dry) for last 5 minutes. |

Hops: | 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 1 min.) |

Yeast: | Used #1028 London Ale Yeast "slap pack". Pitched at 68F. |

Log: | 7 days in primary @ 72F. 7 days in secondary @ 70F. |

Carbonation: | 2.6 volumes | Corn Sugar: 4.74 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F | ||||||
Batch primed with 3/4 cup corn sugar boiled in 2 cups water, mixed in bottling bucket and bottled. | ||||||||
Tasting: | Doing my best to wait 2 weeks before testing. The sample taken at bottling was very promising! Will report back once tasting begins! |
