Raspberry Wheat

My personal favaorite. Not too much raspberry flavor, just a hint. Add a lemon slice to your glass, but don't squeeze the lemon! Enjoy.

Type: All grain Size: 11 gallons
Color:
3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 19 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Grain: 13 lb. Pilsen
13 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 70% efficiency
Amylase Enzyme in the mash.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.052 13 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Any White Labs Wheat Yeast
Log: 2 bottles of Raspberry Extract in the Primary. Very subtle Raspberry taste.
Carbonation: 3.6 volumes Keg: 24.1 psi @ 40°F
