Walker's Blueberry Wheat

Note: the wheat extract I used was made up of 60% wheat and 40% barley.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.047 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 4.1% v/v (3.2% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 10L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: cracked grains bagged and added to 2 gallons 50°F water.
water slowly heated to 160°F and held here for 45 minutes.
grains rinsed with 1 gallon room temp water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.087 3 gallons
6 lb. 8 oz. Wheat extract
Grain water heated to boiling and extract added.
Continue to boil until hot break happens, then start timing.
Irish moss added in last 20 minutes of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.2% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: Dried 1056 (American Ale).
Starter made the night before.
Pitched at roughly 75°F.
Log: Ferment at 66°F for 1 week.
Add 15oz Oregon canned blueberries to secondary when racking.
Ferment at 66°F for 2 weeks.
Prime and bottle.
Carbonation: prime with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
