OG: 1.035 FG: 1.005
Alcohol: 3.9% v/v (3.1% w/w)
Water: Bottled Water, 1tsp Calcium Carbonate to Mash
Grain: 1 lb. Wheat malt
4 oz. Belgian CaraPils
4 oz. Flaked wheat
8 oz. American 2-row
Mash: 65% efficiency
2 gal mini-mash.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.033 5.5 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss at 10 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Crystal (4% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Coriander (0.1% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Coriander (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 new extra large smack pack won at Buffalo competition in May 04.
Log: July 31, 2004. Used toasted coriander for flavor and aroma additions instead of hops. Looking for a big coriander flavor.
Carbonation: Force carbonate in keg
