Gina's Anniversary Raspberry Wheat

This is my second wheat. Flavored wheats are my wife's favorite beers and our anniversay was this month so I thought this was appropriate. But, like our marriage, it just gets better with time.

Beer: Gina's Anniversary Raspberry Wheat Style: American Wheat
Type: Extract Size: 5 gallons
Color:
12 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 4 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Water: Poland Spring Water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.208 1.5 gallons
6.6 lb. Wheat extract
1.6 lb. Honey
5 oz. Raspberry
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham Ale Yeast
Log: Brewed on 10/12/01, racked on 10/16/01, bottled on 10/22/01. Pretty clear for a wheat, but still with a slight characteristic haziness.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup dextrose
Tasting: Very fruity and light, due to the use of honey as an additive fermentable. Perfect crowd pleaser.
