Raspberry Split

This batch will be split into two 5.5 gallon batches. One will have 5 pounds of rasberries added and pitched with American Wheat Wyeast and the other will be pitched with the American Wheat Yeast.

5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 12 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: Hinkley and Schmidt
Grain: 10 lb. Belgian Pilsner
10 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 68% efficiency
Dough in at 122 degrees for 30 minutes. Temp raised to 155 degrees for 90 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 13 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (2.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (2.8% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast American Ale yeast with one quart starter split in two.
