I beefed this up to make it strong in alcohol content

Type: Extract Size: 4.5 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.096 FG: 1.036
Alcohol: 7.7% v/v (6.0% w/w)
Water: Bottled Water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.143 3 gallons
6 lb. Wheat extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
1 lb. Corn sugar
3 lb. Honey
Hops: 2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Perle (6.8% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Lab's American Hefeweizen
Log: Primary fermentation for 7 days and then secondary fermentation for 7 days and bottled
Carbonation: Boiled 5 oz. of honey in 3 cups of water
Tasting: Taste is good, could try in without Brown Sugar and or Corn Sugar
