Mash: 73% efficiency
2 step infusion mash. 30 minutes at 130 degrees. 60 minutes at 150 degrees.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 7 gallons
2.5 lb. Honey
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Used German ale yeast.
Log: Brewed 2 Feb 00. Racked to secondary on 18 Feb 00. bottled 24 Feb 00.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.74 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 70°F
