Doing extract run for simplicity and to get a feeling of the hop union between Magnum and Cascade.

22 HCU (~13 SRM)
Bitterness: 135 IBU
OG: 1.047 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: Using Purchased Spring Water
Grain: 1 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
Steep: Steeping Caramunich in sack from approx 80º - 140º.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 6 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
Use Irish Moss at 15 minutes
Hops: 2 oz. Yakima Magnum (14% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1007 German Ale
Log: Dry hop 1 oz. Cascade in Secondary.
