Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.048 6 gallons
6.5 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
Hops: 28g Bullion (8.5% AA, 40 min.)
24g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 40 min.)
24g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 10 min.)
10g Willamette (5% AA, 1 min.)
14g Cascade (6% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham Ale

Carbonation: Force carbonate
Tasting: This is a slight variation of the first recipe. The Cascade and
Willamette hops are now the finishing hops and Hallertau is the
flavor hop.
The result.......nicer aroma, about the same flavor and bitterness.
