i used NW Gold _3.3# and Breiss golden lite _3.3# LME
.5 oz homegrown willamette whole hops for 1 hr
.75 oz hallertau pellets for 1 hr.
.5 oz fuggle pellets for 45 min
1 oz fuggle pellets for 15 min
.5 oz cascade for aroma

Hops: 0.61 oz. Hallertauer (3.2% AA, 60 min.)
0.40 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
0.40 oz. Fuggles (4.3% AA, 45 min.)
0.81 oz. Fuggles (4.3% AA, 30 min.)
1.0 oz. Fuggles (4.3% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 14g. Coopers yeast - dry
hydrated in warm water with pinch of sugar for food.

bottled on 5/2/99
Carbonation: bottled with .75 cup priming sugar
Tasting: excellent taste light gold color. mild hop bitterness
