Day Before Payday Pale

You know what it's like. You saved some yeast from your last batch, you've got some leftover hops in the fridge, and $10.00 in your pocket. We do what we have to.

My O.G. was 1.050 so I must be getting a better extraction rate than I thought.

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.033 FG: -
Alcohol: -
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. Rye (raw)
Mash: 55% efficiency
155 degrees(F) for 2 hrs.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.028 6.5 gallons
Moss at last hop addition
Hops: .2 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.75 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: I think it was Thames River valley, Wyest #1275. (Actually I know it was, but that wouldn't fit the mood of this beer would it?
Log: I brewed this on 3/27/99. The temprature avraged around 72 degrees. I think I'm gonna dry hop, but who knows.
Carbonation: I use honey, about 3/4 cup.
