Log: Brew Date 3/3/2007. Racked to plastic primary fermenter.
3/11/2007 - Racked from primary fermenter to 6.5 gallon glass carboy secondary fermenter. Purged the oxygen from fermenter with CO2. SG at this time 1.011.
