SNPA Clone

This is an extract version of a SNPA Clone on the Northern Brewer forum. The original recipe was developed in cooperation with the brewmaster from SN, who wrote the grain bill and hop schedule.

To accomodate extract brewers (and others), fractional amounts have been rounded up/down...but staying well within Style and Published parameters for SNPA (from their website).

Ferment with WLP-001, Wyeast 1056, or Safeale US-56 (your choice).
