Water: I'm using bottled water for this brew
Grain: 3 lb. German Pilsner
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Flaked corn
Mash: 60% efficiency
I use a grain bag and don't get very good efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.064 3 gallons
2 lb. Extra Light liquid malt extract
Add 1 tsp Irish Moss 10 minutes prior to finishing the boil
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: I'm going to try this with WLP 0008.
Carbonation: 2.8 volumes Corn Sugar: 5.37 oz. for 5 gallons @ 73°F
Tasting: I'll let you know how it tastes after I try it
