Michigan Pale Ale

I wanted something light and drinkable with some good hops flavor.

17 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 51 IBU
OG: 1.067 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: I added .5 camden tablet and 1 tsp gypsum prior to mashing.
Grain: 9.3 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. British lager
1 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 64% efficiency
I mashed at 150 F for 1 hour. This should favor a dryer beer.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.056 6 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs California Ale Yeast
Log: Fermenting well at around 70 F
Tasting: Not done yet
