Mash: 65% efficiency
mash w/ 2 gal. 170°water for 60-120 min.
Sparge w/ 3 gal.180°water
Top up boil kettle to 4.25 gal if neccesary
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 4.25 gallons
1/2 tsp Irish moss last 30 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (9% AA, 50 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3% AA, 25 min.)
Yeast: DCL Safale S-04 dry
