Alcohol: 7.1% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Grain: 26 lb. American 2-row
12 oz. American crystal 80L
Mash: 71% efficiency
Mash at 155°.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.058 12 gallons
2 Tsp Irish Moss at the last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 2.2 oz. Columbus (14.5% AA, 90 min.)
1.4 oz. Columbus (14.5% AA, 20 min.)
1.4 oz. Columbus (14.5% AA, 0 min.)
4 oz. Columbus (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs 002
Log: 1 week primary frementation.
1 week secondary frementation and dry hop.
1 week @38°F.
Than Keg like below.
Carbonation: Keg beer @25psi for 48 hrs. Serve @5-8 psi
Tasting: Waiting.
Update 3.10.05: I will be taking this beer to the tasting
this weekend. This is a good recipe. Has good malt taste,
good body, clear and clean. This is almost like my
Homie's Ballet.
