Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: 5 gal. Poland Springs distilled water
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 40L
.5 lb. American crystal 60L
Steep: Steeped the grains for 30 minutes @ 158°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.150 2 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3.3 lb. Amber malt extract
1.0 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 Tbsp Gypsum
Hops: 2 oz. Perle (7.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.6% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.6% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Used Wyeast 1056 (popped 24 hours prior)
Log: Brewed on 4/29. Single fermentation for 10 days. Bottled on 5/9 w/ a FG of 1.012. Allowed to condition for 10 more days.
Carbonation: Bottle conditioned w/ 3/4 cup corn sugar
