Hoppy Breeze Pale Ale

We wanted to make a pale ale with a little bit of an IPA influence. But we still wanted it to be smooth enough to drink without having it sting your nose.

11 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 46 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. American 2-row
1 lb. 8 oz. American crystal 10L
Steep: We steeped while bringing to boil and then 40' @ 160ish
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.077 3.5 gallons
0 lb. Light malt extract
5 lb. Light dry malt extract
We used a heaping 1/4 tsp of Irish Moss @ 15'
Hops: .5 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: We used 1056
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.50 oz. for 4.75 gallons @ 70°F
