Cream Ale I'm brewing for my wedding. This will be for the "non beer drinking" guests.

Bitterness: 10 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Arrowhead mountain spring water
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1.5 lb. Flaked corn
4 oz. Flaked wheat
Mash: 80% efficiency
mash at 156 for 30mins
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.054 5 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
1oz Irish Moss at 15min
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyest American Ale Yeast (1056)
