This beer is a group brew for the Sultans of Swig homebrew club. It will be divided up into several small batches and fermented with different yeast strains.

OG: 1.047 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: 2T Gypsum
Grain: 25 lb. American 2-row
10 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. American crystal 40L
1 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 70% efficiency
150° F. for 60 minutes, ramp up to 168° F. and sparge with 170° F. water. Run off for at least 90 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.054 17.5 gallons
2T Irish moss for 20 minutes
Hops: 2.5 oz. Warrior (15% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 20 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 10 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: Each brewer will use a different strain of yeast of his choice.
