Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.112 2.5 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
1tsp. Irish Moss last 5min. of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Irish 1084 (starter)
Log: Ferment @ 68-70deg. Dry hop the Willamette in secondary.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
