Steep: steep grains in 155F-158F at 1.5qt/lbs. grain.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 13 gallons
13.2 lb. Pale malt extract
2 tsp. Irish Moss in last 15 min. of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (11.7% AA, 45 min.)
4 oz. Cascade (6.6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 1/2 gal. starter of White Labs WLP001.
