8 oz. Wheat malt
12 oz. American crystal 40L
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash at 153 degrees for 60 minutes, mash out at 168 degrees for 20- minutes, sparge with 170 degree water
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.049 7.0 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (7.2% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 5th generation 1056 American Ale yeast, 1,500ml starter
Log: 2nd time brewing this beer, the first time it turned out totally awesome and didn't last long at all!
Carbonation: Prime with 5oz corn sugar
Tasting: Great Beer!!
