Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Grain: 25 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. 8 oz. British crystal 50-60L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mashing for 90 min at 152°.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.059 12 gallons
Add Irish Moss last 20 min.
Hops: 1.1 oz. Cascade (8.6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (8.6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 1056
Log: Hops are actually Amarillo hops. Dry hop two 5 gallon carboys with .5oz in each one.
Carbonation: Keg @25 PSI for 48 hrs.
