Warm floor pale

This is quick and easy and makes a great tasting pale,let your friends
decide. And why the name? Well,we are making it in a friends garage that has a heated floor, and it is cold outside bonus!

Beer: Warm floor pale Style: American Pale Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.0 gallons
Color:
16 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 37 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: Water is med. hard and filtered by carbon block filter to remove
chlorine.
Grain: 8 oz. American victory
1 lb. American crystal 20L
Steep: The grains are steeped in 165° water for 20 mins.then rinsed with 170°
water.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.052 6.0 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. 8 oz. Light dry malt extract
Irish Moss the last 15 mins.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1272 American Ale II 125ml.
Log: Ferment Pri. 65° 1.5 weeks Sec. condition @ 65° for 1.5 weeks.
Carbonation: Force cabonate in keg @ 37° @ 14psi.for 2-4 days.
