Mash: 70% efficiency
Single-step mash at 152°-154° F for 60-90 minutes, or until iodine test indicates complete conversion.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.039 6.5 gallons
Add Moss at +75 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6.7% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.7% AA, 5 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: WPL008 (East Coast Ale) - Pitch 2 tubes
Log: Ferment at 70° F for 7 days;
Transfer to secondary and age for 7 with .5 oz of Cascade pellets.
Carbonation: Use 7/8 cup corn sugar
