Grain: 8 lb. 0 oz. American 2-row
0 lb. 8 oz. German Munich
0 lb. 12 oz. American crystal 10L
0 lb. 4 oz. Flaked barley
Mash: 67% efficiency
1.5 quarts water per lb grain.
Mashed at 152° x 30 min, followed by 158° x 30 min.
Sparged at 180° to SG 1.01, then water to make 6 gal total
Boil: 50 minutes SG 1.039 6 gallons
Shortened boil to 50 min. to decrease bitterness (31 IBU by my calc., I think 40 is too high.)

I had a boil-over, and lost some of the bittering hops... Damn you, Dave
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (5.8% AA, 50 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.8% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.8% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1272, no starter
Carbonation: Force CO2
