We purchased all hops from Fresh Hops, you dont know the taste of fresh hops until you buy from fresh hops. The cacades close the deal.

4 lb. Light malt extract
5 lb. light dry malt extract
1.0 oz. brown sugar
Hops: 1.5 oz. Centennial (10.7% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Chinook (11.5% AA, 45 min.)
1.5 oz. Cascade (6.5% AA, 30 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade (6.5% AA, 15 min.)
4.0 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: American ale 1056
Carbonation: 1 cup DME
Tasting: Its a simple P.A. with simple ingredients. We believe its the hops from Fresh Hops that turned this simple pale ale into the shit!!!! The aroma from the cascades are unbelieveable. It's been bottled and will be brought with us when give thanks for our up coming thanks giving holiday.
