Boil: 35 minutes SG 1.047 2.50 gallons
24.00 oz. Pale Malt Extract LME
16.00 oz. Light German Munich LME
8.00 oz. Amber Dry Malt Extract DME
Irish Moss (Whirlfloc) not used.
Hops: 28.0g HBC 342 Experimental Hops (11.4% AA, 35 min.)
10.0g German Perle (8.5% AA, 35 min.)
4.0g Hallertauer (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
10.0g Williamette (4.8% AA, 15 min.)
11.0g German Spalt (3.2% AA, 15 min.)
5.0g German Select (4.0% AA, 15 min.)
3.0g Hallertauer (aroma)
7.0g Williamette (aroma)
7.0g German Select (aroma)
14.0g DRY HOP (GERMAN SELECT) (aroma)
Yeast: 1 FULL PKG Nottingham/Danstar Ale Yeast 57°F - 70°F.

7/8 tsp. CANE Sugar per 12 ounce bottle.
Tasting: Even though it has conditioned for only 2 weeks, the flavor is very good.
