Mash: 70% efficiency
Mashed at 150-152°F for 70 min.
Boil: 80 minutes SG 1.050 12 gallons
2 tbsp of irish moss @ 15 min to end of boil
Hops: 1.89 oz. Cascade (8% AA, 60 min.)
1.89 oz. Centennial (9.9% AA, 30 min.)
1.89 oz. Cascade (8% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056
