Steep: Steep grains for 30 min. @ 155° Teabag 3 or 4 times and remove grain bag
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 6.5 gallons
6.0 lb. Amber malt extract
Irish Moss @ 15 to go in the boil
Hops: 1.0 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
1.0 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 2 min.)
1.0 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: WLP Irish Ale Yeast
