8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Infusion mash at 152 degrees for 1- hour or until converted.
1.25 qts/#. Mash out at 168 degees for 15 minutes.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.039 7 gallons
1 tsp Irish Moss for final 15- minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: 1968 Special London...1500ml starter
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
