Type: Partial mash Size: 5.25 gallons

8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 10 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: .5 tsp Gypsum in both mash and sparge water
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. German Pilsner
1.25 lb. American crystal 10L
.25 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 60% efficiency
Mash in at 148° F in 5 - 6 quarts of water.
Hold at 133° F for 30 min
Add 2 quarts boiling water. Hold at 155° F for 30-45 min
Then bring up to 167° F - hold for 15 min
Sparge with 6-8 quarts boiling water.
Boil: minutes SG 1.090 3 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
1 tsp Irish moss powder last 5 minutes of boil
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Burton Ale yeast from starter
Log: added 5 lbs of strawberries in brew pot after boiling has completed
Carbonation: .75 C corn sugar
