.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
2 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
single infusion at 154F for 60mins
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6.5 gallons
Add your clarifier at 20mins left of boil
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: WYeast 1056 or White Labs WLP001 California Ale
Tasting: Very Malty, warm notes from the high amounts of Munich Malt.
