This is a light and refreshing ale with good body, moderate sweetness, and low bitterness.

Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: None.
Grain: 20 lb. American 2-row
3 lb. Wheat malt
2 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 62% efficiency
Single infusion @ 155 degrees for 60 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.048 12 gallons
2 tsp. Irish Moss.
Hops: .5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs WLP001-California Ale.
Log: Primary fermentation in plastic 1 week at 68 degrees. Secondary in plastic for 1 week at 68 degrees. Kegged in stainless steel.
Carbonation: Forced.
