This is a pseudo Dos Equis clone by way of a micro-brew called Dos Perros from the Yazoo Brewing Co in Nashville, TN.

Alcohol: 3.7% v/v (2.9% w/w)
Grain: 3.58 lb. British pale
2.28 lb. German Munich
.26 lb. American chocolate
.39 lb. Flaked corn
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single-infusion mash: Saccharification @ 154°F for 60-90 min. Batch sparge @ 170°F for 10-15 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 4.25 gallons
.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add .5 lb DME at beginning of boil. 1 Tsp of Irish Moss @ 15 min.
Hops: .75 oz. Perle (7.2% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Perle (7.2% AA, 10 min.)
.25 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1968 London ESB
Carbonation: 4.3 oz corn sugar for bottling solution.
