Still working on setting the grain mill properly.

Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Longmont, CO tap water.
Grain: 10 lb. 12 oz. American 2-row
12 oz. Belgian aromatic
5.0 oz. Belgian Special B
3.0 oz. American chocolate
1.0 lb. Flaked rye
Mash: 64% efficiency
14 qts @ 172°F. 60~90 min mash @ 152°F.
Sparge with 5 gallons @ 175°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7.0 gallons
0.3 oz Irish Moss @ 15 min.
Hops: .70 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 60 min.)
.50 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 10 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: 11 gr. Danstar Nottingham dry ale yeast, rehydrated
w/ 2 Tbs Corn Sugar.
Log: Primary, 6.5 gal glass carboy - 6~7 days @ ~68°F.
Secondary, 5 gal glass carboy - 1 week @ ~68°F.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 10.2 psi @ 34°F
Keg It, Cool It & CO² It!
