1 lb. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 77% efficiency
Mash at 153 degrees for 60 minutes.
Mash out for 20- minutes at 168 degrees.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6.5 gallons
1- tsp irish Moss for final 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Slurry from 1- litre starter of Wyeast American Ale.
Log: Brewed 12-01-02
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
